About Allan Owens

The path here

From leading change to coaching the people who lead it

Allan spent over two decades in high-pressure business environments, leading teams, steering major change programs alongside executives, and helping thousands of stakeholders adjust to new ways of working.

Along the way he wrote two books, The Change Manager's Companion and Remarkable Organisational Change Communications, and published more than 160 articles on Medium, many through his publication, Human Factors and Change.

Then he did something unusual: he retrained as a psychologist. Not to leave the organisational world, but to understand it more deeply, because every change problem is, underneath, a people problem. Today Human Factors Advisory brings both together: executive coaching psychology for leaders, backed by real change management craft.

He has known burnout, impostor syndrome and career crossroads first-hand. That isn't a marketing line. It's why the coaching is steady, practical and free of judgement.
